Roasted Chicken

  1. 3 lb. roasting chicken
  2. 3 fresh rosemary sprigs
  3. olive oil
  4. salt & pepper

Preheat oven to 375. Drizzle olive oil on chicken and season with salt & pepper. Put sprigs of rosemary in pan and place chicken on top. Roast for approximately one hour and 15 minutes, until temperature of chicken is 180 degrees.
