Spicy Turkey Chili

2 lbs. Ground turkey, lean as you can get
1 cup chopped onion
1 16 oz. can diced tomatoes, drained
1 cup tomato sauce
1 cup water
1 Tbsp. Chili Powder
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. White wine vinegar
2 bay leaves
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Garlic powder
1/4 tsp. Ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. Allspice
1/4 tsp. Crushed red pepper

Spray 3 qt. Saucepan with PAM and heat over medium-high heat. Add turkey, onion. Stir occasionally until turkey is browned (about 5 minutes).

Add remaining ingredients and stir well. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, until chili is thick—about 25-30 minutes. Remove bay leaves before serving.
